Hello Everyone, My name is Heather Renee McCool. I am 43 years wise…..still on the potter’s wheel. I live in a small town on the Ohio River, called Henderson, Kentucky. I am definitely a small town girl at heart. You can not beat a front porch swing, good company, and a glass of sweet tea.

I am married to Michael AKA Mike. We married in 1998. Mike is almost 13 years older than I am. We have five children (three are my bonus) six beautiful grandchildren, and one on the way. All the kids are grown, except for our baby Noah. He is sixteen. We have went from a house of seven, to McCool party of three….plus two Persian cats, and one Great Dane.

I love my savior, family, friends, helping, encouraging, laughing, and joking. I enjoy the beach, traveling, reading, writing, being poolside, music, coffee, learning, all things girly, but I also do not mind four wheeling and getting muddy too.

I am a Christian, wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, Glamma, friend, nurse, former business owner, TBI caregiver, pastor’s daughter, former pastor’s wife ( Mike was injured, and had to step down…..future blog)…. to name a few.

Life keeps sending waves, and we just keep surfing. We have occasional wipeouts, but we keep getting back up. I hope you will follow me on this journey….life. I pray you are touched in a positive way ❤️ Phil. 4:13
